Job Title: Representative Fleet Solutions
Location: Mount Laurel NJ
Pay Rate: $23$25 On W2
Work Hours: 8AM5PM (Tue Wed & Thursday onsite required)
Job Purpose:

Your main job is to help organize and manage visits from clients or potential clients to Holmans offices in the U.S. and Canada. Youll be responsible for tasks like planning meetings preparing materials and setting up meeting rooms. Youll also work with different teams to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Help plan and organize client and potential client visits.
  • Prepare for meetings by researching the people or companies attending.
  • Set up meeting agendas and goals.
  • Make sure all necessary documents rooms and logistics are ready for visits.
  • Book conference rooms order catering and arrange travel for visitors.
  • Keep records of visit details in the Fleet Solutions departments system.
  • Stay updated on new products services and industry trends.
  • Assist with creating presentations and providing support during meetings.
  • Help with sales projects special visits and events when needed.
  • Be ready to work flexible hours especially for early meetings.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: A Bachelors degree is preferred but not required. Students currently pursuing their degree are also encouraged to apply.
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Must have strong customer service skills.
  • Experience: Ideally 2 years of experience in account management or sales.
  • Other Skills:
    • Good at managing time and handling multiple tasks at once.
    • Must pay attention to details and be able to solve problems.
    • Must be comfortable working with different people across the company.
    • Strong presentation and social skills.
