- Hours: 37.5 hours per week no weekends. Alternating weekly shifts
- Week 1: 08:00 16:30

Your Role:
- Responsible for the daytoday safety maintenance security and porterage services of the ABC site in its entirety.
- Ensure that all areas of personal responsibility comply with H&S regulations according to ADSL policies and procedures and current H&S legislation and to provide a safe and efficient working environment for all people working within or visiting the ABC site.
- Promote safe working practices at all times.
- Report Health and Safety defects near misses incidents and dangerous occurrences to the Aspire Helpdesk.
- Carry out daily weekly monthly and quarterly scheduled tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Display courtesy tact and discretion when dealing with all ABC users and visitors.
What Were Looking For:
- Qualifications: IOSHH Working Safely Certificate.
- Experience: Proven experience in successfully carrying out minor maintenance tasks experience of delivering a highquality service to the customer and experience in basic administrative duties including the use of Microsoft Outlook and basic Excel Spreadsheets.
- Skills: Proven ability to prioritise tasks and work on own initiative with a flexible approach to all Facilities functions good interpersonal and verbal communication skills and a willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.
