Job Title: QA Process Specialist

Summary

The Process Specialist will drive process optimization and quality assurance across development and operations teams. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies DevOps practices and Agile frameworks to implement efficient workflows ensure highquality deliverables and promote continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies testing frameworks and quality metrics for development projects.
• Establish DevOps best practices CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement to optimize delivery speed and quality.
• Ensure alignment with Agile practices and facilitate sprint planning retrospectives and standups.
• Work with crossfunctional teams to implement and monitor process changes.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in QA DevOps and Agile process implementation.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium JUnit or Cypress.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
