Solution IT Inc. is looking for QA Process Specialist for one of its clients in Richardson TX
Job Title: QA Process Specialist
Summary
The Process Specialist will drive process optimization and quality assurance across development and operations teams. This role requires a strong understanding of QA methodologies DevOps practices and Agile frameworks to implement efficient workflows ensure highquality deliverables and promote continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).
Responsibilities
- Define and implement QA strategies testing frameworks and quality metrics for development projects.
- Establish DevOps best practices CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
- Analyze current processes and identify areas of improvement to optimize delivery speed and quality.
- Ensure alignment with Agile practices and facilitate sprint planning retrospectives and standups.
- Work with crossfunctional teams to implement and monitor process changes.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or its equivalent with relevant experience.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in QA DevOps and Agile process implementation.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins GitLab or Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium JUnit or Cypress.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Work Site: Richardson TX
