Purpose of Position/Summary

As a Sales Coordinator your focus will be on new business development sourcing and securing new client relationships for Syra Health.
-
The sales Coordinator will be tasked with establishing direct relationships with public and private hospitals healthcare systems health insurance companies and pharmaceutical companies to provide services in valuebased care initiatives public and community health solutions healthcare analytics medical education needs and clinical services.

The sales Coordinator will be the collaborator of reporting for the sales pipeline.
Job Expectations

Ongoing management and development of the sales pipeline and maintaining account detail in our CRM platform
-
Act as a steward for good business and grow the client relationship by ensuring flawless execution

Collaborate with leadership operations and marketing to create accurate reporting on the sales pipeline for the sales team

Identify potential client organizations (e.g. CEO CMO SVP HR CFO brand marketing directors and procurement executives) to secure new business new client accounts and to maximize the value delivered by Syra Health

Coordinate new and existing sales activity with a sense of urgency by working with sales team including inperson meetings telephone email social media and industry conferences.

Job Requirements

BA/BS degree preferred and previous sales experience is required

Minimum 35 years selling/customer service experience

Excellent computer skills and a demonstrated comfort with technology

Excellent and thoughtful verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in organizational skills and able to efficiently handle multiple tasks while working independently of close supervision

Drive to take ownership to meet professional obligations

Desire to learn and grow with our company to put in the time focus and effort necessary to advance to the next level of their career

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals

Proven ability to initiate develop and grow Clevel and senior relationships within target client organizations

Knowledge of the full life cycle sales process from prospecting to close prescribes to funnel management

Demonstrate adaptability to demanding business environment with changing business priorities and ability to perform outstanding work under compressed time pressures.
