Job Description
As a Technical Designer you will play a crucial role in our mission to efficiently deliver highquality products. Your primary focus will be to leverage your strong design skills to support the design team in rolling out additional color options as well as prepare product decks for the sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the design team on multiseasonal multiproduct lines to create comprehensive handoffs including detailed colorway specifications and productionready graphics.
- Modify and recolor existing prints artwork and colorways as required.
- Support the setup of color separations color callouts sizing and art placements.
- Ensure the precise execution of art files consistently across all designs adhering to company best practices.
- Maintain regular organization updates and management of CADs (ComputerAided Designs) and line sheets.
- Engage in daily communication with overseas teams addressing topics related to design and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and department.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator InDesign Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office.
- Has more than 13 years of relevant experience
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks while handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- A track record of consistently meeting deadlines driven by a deep understanding and commitment to the company's design calendar.
- Exemplary attention to detail and strong organizational skills ensuring work is carried out with a high degree of accuracy.
- At least 50mbps internet speed
- Must have their own Permanent Work From Home Equipment like Laptop and Personal Computer with External Monitor.
