Tasks

Were in search of a passionate and handson individual that manages onsite events at our w3.hub Event Space as well as international events for the w3vision brand in cities like London Zrich or Lisbon. In this role youll have direct interactions with the most relevant Web3 ecosystem players and w3.hub members including employees from Web3 companies like Solana and Celestia. As part of our closeknit team youll collaborate directly with the founders.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the planning sales and execution of all events both at the w3.hub and across the w3. group ensuring seamless operations and excellent participant experiences.
• Manage the full event lifecycle: from initial client engagement through meticulous planning and execution to comprehensive postevent analysis and reporting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for event clients building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.
• Coordinate and manage event logistics including supplier relations setup and breakdown ensuring each event runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Drive the community engagement through creative and impactful events enhancing the w3.hubs reputation as the heart of the Web3 community in Berlin.

• At least 2 years of experience in Event management with a track record of successfully managing and growing event operations.
• Strong customer relationship skills with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver exceptional event experiences.
• Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities adept at managing multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English & German.
• Ability to stay on top of things even if you have to juggle 10 balls at once. Stress drives you to excellence not resignation.
• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate with a commitment to working onsite and the flexibility to work weekends as needed for events.
