Job Description
SAP SD/MM Consultant (German Speaking) Manufacturing Industry
Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled SAP SD/MM Consultant to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing company. As an expert in the Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules you will play a key role in optimizing and supporting SAP processes across our manufacturing operations. This role requires fluency in German and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Tasks
- Configure and customize SAP SD and MM modules to meet business requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization within the SAP framework.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP SD/MM modules troubleshooting issues and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements translating them into SAP functional specifications.
- Lead or participate in SAP projects including rollouts upgrades and enhancements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Provide training and guidance to endusers and internal teams on SAP best practices.
- Ensure proper documentation of SAP configurations processes and technical specifications.
- Act as a liaison between the business IT teams and external consultants to ensure seamless communication and project success.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
- 35 years of handson experience with SAP SD and MM modules particularly in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of sales and distribution processes materials management and supply chain management within SAP.
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken); good knowledge of English is an advantage.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in SAP SD/MM.
- Experience in SAP project management including fullcycle implementations or rollouts.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
