As the Receptionist you are the beginning of this journey for the guests. From the first interaction you set the stage for what will be a remarkable stay full of unexpected discoveries and personal connections. Your role goes beyond handling reservations and inquiries; you are a storyteller a guide and a key part of what makes our guests feel like theyve stepped into a world apart.
What Youll Do
Guest Reception and Checkin/Checkout:
Welcome guests upon arrival manage checkins and checkouts efficiently and provide assistance with any special requests with a personal touch
Introduce them to the Drei Berge Hotel experience and to the broader brand ecosystem of the group and to the village of Mrren
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries resolving issues and providing information on hotel services local attractions and transport options.
Booking Management: Manage reservations via phone email or booking systems ensuring accurate and timely recordkeeping.
Concierge Duties: Assist guests with restaurant reservations transport arrangements and local recommendations to enhance their stay.
Billing and Payments: Handle guest payments issue invoices and manage the daily cash register with attention to detail.
Team Collaboration: polyvalence is key: coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
ProblemSolving: Address any guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently ensuring a positive resolution.
