Job Description
GlobalEngineer is an innovative company in several engineering fields that is active in mechanical and plant engineering development of new systems and their technologies as well as in testing and type testing. To strengthen our team we are looking for an interested and SAP Operator with immediate effect.
Tasks
- Material Masters and BOMs: Creation and maintenance of the material masters and BOMs according to the instructions received.
- Documents in SAP: Create documents in the SAP system and link them to material masters and parts lists.
- Employee support: Training and assistance for employees in the use of the SAP system. If suitable and necessary the area of responsibility can be extended:
- Order processing in SAP: Processing of all orders via the SAP system including cloning and provision of material masters.
- Document capture: Capture and revision of documents in SAP and link them to material masters.
- Data maintenance: Ensure that data maintenance is timely and accurate in line with the projects progress.
Requirements
- Education: Technical training is expected
- Experience: Experience in plant or large machine construction preferred
- Careful and precise way of working: Routine continuous and precise approach
- SAP experience: Knowledge of processing documents bills of materials and material masters in SAP
- Team communication: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with project teams
- Resilience: Ability to keep track of things even under higher loads
- Interest in ERP systems: Enthusiasm for ERP systems and working with new software solutions
- Language skills: Spoken and written German and knowledge of English
- Routine work in the ERP system: Longterm execution of softwaresupported work in the ERP system.)
