Exciting Career Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) 13Week ContractSNF**
Location: Lancaster CA
Shift: Days (8 hours/day)
Pay Rate: $60 $65 per hour (W2)
Are you a passionate Physical Therapist looking for a rewarding shortterm opportunity Join our team for a 13week contract at a leading Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in Pleasant Hill CA. Youll play a critical role in improving the mobility strength and overall wellbeing of our residents working alongside a supportive and dynamic healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic exercises manual therapy and other interventions.
- Document patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on home care and preventative strategies.
Requirements:
- Current Physical Therapy License in the state of California.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- BLS Certification (preferred).
