• Engage in regular personal development training and mentorship sessions to improve skills and leadership qualities.
• Performance based responsibilities & Marketing Strategy needed.
• Build and manage client relationships through excellent communication and support.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about personal development and making a positive impact in the lives of others.
• Selfstarter with the ability to work autonomously from at least 23 hours a day.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated by flexibility growth potential and a desire to help others achieve their goals.
• No experience in the industry required but a willingness to learn and grow is essential.
