As and nbsp;a and nbsp;Waterproofing Technician you will:
and nbsp;Perform leak Investigations water testing and repairs of found Issues.
and nbsp;Install waterproofing treatments throughout a wide range of products chemicals and systems.
and nbsp;Perform minor exterior repairs In concrete masonry sealants and waterproofing Issues on buildings parking structures and subgrade projects.
and nbsp;Use various access methods such as boom lifts scissor lifts swing stages scaffolds ladders and bosun chairs.
and nbsp;Work daily to diagnose and repair defects in commercial building envelope components.
and nbsp;Continuously expand knowledge of common leak causes due to various conditions and/or failures In roof systems window systems flashings sheet metal components and various building envelope components. and nbsp;
and nbsp;Maintain a SAFE work environment at all times.
and nbsp;Adhere to RoofMaster policies and procedures
and nbsp;Manage your truck and ensure it is fully stocked with necessary supplies at all times.
and nbsp;Provide service recommendations to waterproofing superintendent as needed.
and nbsp;Train/coach/develop your own skills as well as your fellow workers including providing recognition and corrective actions.
and nbsp;Complete work orders including photos thorough description of work completed list all materials and quantities used and provide any notes for use for additional service calls at location.
and nbsp;Understand project scope of work.
and nbsp;Understand product specification requirements.
and nbsp;Other duties as assigned.
and nbsp;Verify and nbsp;compliance and nbsp;with and nbsp;company and nbsp;policies and nbsp;and and nbsp;procedures.
and nbsp;
Candidate and nbsp;should and nbsp;possess:
and nbsp;
and nbsp;Valid Texas Drivers license with insurable record.
and nbsp;Bilingual and nbsp;English/Spanish and nbsp;preferred.
and nbsp;High School diploma or equivalent required.
and nbsp;Available to travel short distances for a week at a time.
and nbsp;Strong and nbsp;skills and nbsp;in and nbsp;time management.
and nbsp;Willingness to learn new systems(DataForma).
and nbsp;Strong and nbsp;knowledge and nbsp;of and nbsp;commercial roofing preferred.
and nbsp;Excellent and nbsp;attention and nbsp;to and nbsp;detail
