Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

Operational Management:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Supervise and coordinate activities of the outlet.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Staff Management:
Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
Provide ongoing staff training and development.
Address employee performance issues and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Customer Service:
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
Financial Management:
Assist in managing budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
Analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
Help in developing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
Operational Support:

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff supervision and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Staff Management:

Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff.
Assist in scheduling staff and managing labor costs effectively.
Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer complaints and feedback.
Monitor dining room activities to ensure quality service and timely food delivery.
Inventory and Ordering:

Help manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control food and beverage costs.
Monitor stock levels and assist in conducting regular inventory audits.
Financial Management:

Assist in managing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring profitability.
Handle cash and payment processing, ensuring accurate accounting practices.
Marketing and Promotions:

Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract customers.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales.
Reporting:

Prepare reports on restaurant performance, including sales, customer feedback, and operational issues for management review.
