Job Description
Job Title: Procurement Buyer
Job Location: Bridgewater NJ (hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (3 months)
Position Overview:
The Procurement Buyer supports procurement functions including managing purchase orders vendor relations contract administration and compliance across a global pharmaceutical company. The role focuses on building relationships with stakeholders providing expertise in the Requisition to Pay process and managing procurement systems like Coupa and SAP. The buyer also supports audits training and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders and support business units with requisition processing invoice reconciliation and vendor management.
- Ensure compliance and provide system updates and enhancements.
- Manage procurement systems support audits and maintain SharePoint sites.
- Knowledge of key Procurement tools (Coupa SAP)
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 25 years of experience in procurement systems (Coupa preferred).
- Pharmaceutical procurement experience is a plus.
Skills:
- Strong MS Word and Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
