Position Title: Senior Executive Assistant
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
Salary: Php 50000.00 Php 70000.00
Schedule: Monday Friday 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM PH Time

JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SENIOR EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Responsibilities as a Senior Executive Assistant:
Provide a wide range of support services to highlevel managers and toplevel executives.
Perform complex sensitive and confidential administrative secretarial clerical and
programmatic support functions.
Independently handle varied and highly responsible tasks with occasional instruction.
Plan and organize work activities recommend workflow improvements and develop office forms and report formats.
Prepare clear accurate and concise reports including meeting minutes.
Use office management systems CRM software Microsoft Suite and other applicable software.
Establish organize and maintain specialized files and records.
Respond tactfully and effectively to inquiries.
Make travel arrangements for executives.
Maintain confidentiality of critical information and records.
Proofread verify and review materials for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain calendars and schedule activities and events.
Train and supervise new executive assistants.
Perform related duties as required.
Qualifications as a Senior Executive Assistant:
Graduate of any Bachelor s Degree.
Minimum of 4 to 5 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO or Top Management is strongly preferred.
23 years of proven handson experience with office management systems CRM software
Microsoft Suite and other applicable software.
Exceptional communication and writing skills.
Strong organizational skills multitasking ability and prioritization.
Conceptual thinking resourcefulness attention to detail and creative problemsolving.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Technological proficiency social media awareness and familiarity with online calendars and cloud systems.
Knowledge of business letter writing report preparation records management customer service and phone etiquette.
Availability to work in UK/Dubai time zones.
