Our client is a leading fashion company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

• Review and approve costs related to construction investments and maintenance for textile manufacturing facilities and affiliated companies as authorized by the Chairman/CEO.

• Assess and authorize the operational expenses of subsidiaries under the guidance of the Chairman/CEO.

• Oversee the financial accounting departments of affiliated textile companies as assigned by the Chairman/CEO.

• Develop modify and enhance financial policies and procedures related to spending investment and finance in the textile sector.

• Manage and monitor cash flow for member companies in the textile industry as authorized by the Chairman/CEO.

• Provide professional and legal guidance to accounting personnel and the Board of Directors in textile operations.

• Assist the Chairman/CEO in fostering relationships with suppliers customers and other third parties relevant to the textile industry.

• Sign financial documents and reports on behalf of the Chairman/CEO as authorized.

• Collaborate with various departments to implement oversee and evaluate textile investment projects ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable laws.

• Contribute insights and recommendations on additional investment opportunities in the textile sector.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor s degree in finance accounting or a related field.
  
  Tr nh h c v n: C nh n v t i ch nh k to n ho c l nh v c li n quan.
  

• Experience: Previous experience as CFO or Vice CFO in the textile industry.
