Shift Schedule: 9hr shifts; 4p1a
primarily nights; At least 15 shifts a month
Patient Volume: 1418
Support Staff: 24 RNs 1 NP/PA 1 MA
24hr Support Services Available:
Anesthesia CardioThoracic Surg Cath Lab General Surgery Lab NeuroSurgery OR Response Time Orthopedic Surgery Radiology & Vascular Surgery
Beds in the Dept: 13 Rooms & 3 Hall Beds
Trauma Level: I
EMR: Epic
L&D Dept Available: Yes
Other Info:
Would consider boardcertified pediatrician w/ ED experience (needs to have experience w/ trauma procedural sedation airway management procedures etc.)
If PEM only PALS is required. If not PEM PALS & ATLS required.
Newborn Deliveries are Received in the ED: Yes
Required to Supervise APPs: Yes
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Travel lodging and malpractice insurance covered
Requirements:
Active MO License
BC/BE (or BC in Peds w/ EM experience)
BLS ABLS ACLS ATLS PALS
PEM Fellowshiptrained (preferred)
