Our client is a global provider of intelligent IoT solutions and services focused on video surveillance and they are looking to hire a Solutions Engineer.
Job Responsibilities
1. Product Introduction & Configuration
- Present new product features to channel customers and assist them in selecting and configuring the appropriate products.
2. Technical Issue Resolution
- Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries helping resolve technical issues efficiently.
3. Customer Training
- Train technical staff from channel customers equipping them with the necessary knowledge to improve their technical capabilities.
4. Customer Feedback & Product Improvement
- Gather and consolidate customer feedback on product demands and communicate these insights to the product department for continuous
improvement.
5. Project Planning & Sales Support
- Collaborate with sales teams to analyse customer needs and provide comprehensive project plans tailored to those requirements.
6. Bidding & Tender Support
- Assist customers with the preparation of tender documents and ensure that project bids meet the required standards.
7. Project Risk Management
- Support sales teams in assessing project phases identifying potential risks and developing solutions to mitigate them.
8. Technical Support Coordination
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure effective technical support throughout project implementation.
9. ThirdParty Integrator Relations
- Maintain strong relationships with thirdparty integrators fostering mutual cooperation for successful engineering projects and winwin outcomes.
10. Marketing & Product Promotion
- Work with the marketing team to promote the technology and products to customers enhancing market understanding and gathering
valuable market feedback.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Network Communications Computers or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in using OFFICE software and familiarity with common network and serial port troubleshooting tools such as sniffers and NCOM.
- Strong customercentric attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service.
