Our client is a global provider of intelligent IoT solutions and services focused on video surveillance and they are looking to hire a Sales Specialist. This person must have experience in the sale of securityrelated products ranging from IPC NVR HDCVI cameras HCVR PTZ cameras thermal cameras access control video intercom alarms display and control VMS CCTV etc.
Responsibilities
1. Channel Strategy Management
- Develop and implement channel strategies and service support for both traditional and emerging markets.
- Oversee and assess the execution of channel strategies adjusting as necessary to align with business goals.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
2. Channel Relationship Management & Maintenance
- Provide sales and technical support to channel partners including productrelated resources.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers gather market feedback and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with channel partners to jointly promote products and drive sales.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key regional customers through continuous communication and engagement.
3. Channel Development
- Execute marketing and sales plans in line with the overall marketing strategy.
- Identify and evaluate potential new channel partners conducting thorough analysis of their qualifications.
- Develop communication and collaboration plans with new channel partners to ensure longterm success.
4. Sales Orders Completion
- Communicate company product information and sales policies to customers effectively.
- Proactively pursue customer orders to meet sales targets and objectives.
- Organize and participate in business negotiations with agents to secure favourable agreements.
5. Brand Promotion
- Plan and execute brand promotion activities to enhance the companys brand presence and market influence.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Marketing Electronic Engineering Computer Science or Network Communication.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Keen market insight and adaptability.
- High enthusiasm for work combined with strong knowledge of marketing strategies and channel management.
- Solid understanding of market conditions within the industry.
- Familiarity with channel development and product marketing.
