What you will be doing:

• A member and leader of a valued engagement team providing federal state and local tax compliance and consulting services to real estate clients.
• Consult with clients regarding tax and business matters.
• Proactively deliver exceptional client service in a timely professional and accurate manner.
• Lead and plan client engagements.
• Provide tax planning and savings opportunities to the client.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional consultative solutions and services that will provide value to the client.
• Work with the other tax consulting services pertaining to tax matters in the state and local high net worth international research and development cost segregation and other advisory services.
• Be involved in Thought Leadership within the real estate team.
• Assist with all areas of client engagement regarding staffing billing and engagement economics.

Experience you will need:

• Bachelors Degree in accounting Masters Law or advanced degree desirable.
• CPA or JD required.
• 5 years of experience providing federal and state tax compliance accounting and advisory services in a professional services firm to real estate clients including supervisory and mentoring skills and experience.
• Demonstrated leadership project management communication and analytical skills.
• A track record of providing exceptional client service.
• Proficient software and Microsoft Suite skills.
