What you will be doing:
- Serve as the patient and family advocate protecting privacy and confidentiality
- Facilitate patient care making nursing assessments and diagnosis
- Provide plan based care with a commitment to continuous improvement
Experience you will need:
- 2 years of recent (within the last year or two) acute MedSurg experience required
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
- Current BLS required
- Current ACLS preferred required within 6 months of hire
- BSN is preferred
