Role Summary
The Expert 11 Tutor will play a pivotal role in guiding students through the complexities of the 11 examination process across core subjects including Verbal Reasoning NonVerbal Reasoning Maths and English. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional tutoring in Verbal Reasoning NonVerbal Reasoning Maths and English ensuring students master the 11 curriculum.
- Guarantee a high success rate for students passing the 11 exams through tailored teaching approaches and personalised learning plans.
- Make use of diverse teaching techniques to transform complex material into engaging and accessible learning experiences.
- Conduct lessons online via Zoom maintaining an interactive and constructive classroom atmosphere.
- Assess individual student progress providing targeted feedback and adjustments to learning plans as required.
- Develop and implement formative assessments to prepare students effectively for the exam format time management and specific question types.
- Stay current with the latest developments in the 11 syllabus and exam requirements ensuring alignment with content and teaching practices.

Essential
- Proven experience as an 11 tutor with demonstrable success in helping students achieve high scores.
- Indepth knowledge of the 11 syllabus particularly in Verbal Reasoning NonVerbal Reasoning Maths and English.
- Excellent communication skills capable of simplifying complex concepts and engaging young learners.
- A passion for education and a commitment to achieving outstanding results for students.
Desirable
- Familiarity with various 11 exam formats including GL Assessment and previous CEM experience helpful but not necessary.

- A degree in Education English Mathematics or a related discipline.
