Your Role

We are hiring an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to implement maintain and operate required pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and systems.
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
  • Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency reduce waste and enhance product quality.
  • Assist in the maintenance and calibration of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide onthefloor manufacturing support operating a range of required machinery and equipment (filling packaging etc.).
  • Assess machinery equipment performance material requirements processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
  • Perform inprocess quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards and report any deviations.
  • Identify and resolve issues related to manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure optimized and efficient production with limited downtime.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation and records (standard operating procedures reports equipment logs batch records change records etc.)
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth and efficient production operations.
  • Additional responsibilities as required.



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in related engineering discipline.
  • 35 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
  • Handson experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing machinery equipment and systems (filling packaging etc.)
  • Understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
  • Experienced with required technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and written.
