As the person performing the daily documentation under the direction of the Technical Manager and Project Manager your role will be to oversee documentation and training processes that incorporate the methodology and training and reference documents for the basis2 water billing system.
You will partner across project teams with other project team leads to develop standardize and implement documentation and training methodology and construction of a comprehensive set of system documentation deliverables training and communications.
Additionally you may work independently or in a group creating documentation and training materials with raw materials provide by others.
10 years experience in project/program management and documentation
5Background in preparing training materials from project materials.
Produce detailed documentation using MS Office products.
Excellent written and oral communications. Strong organizational and analysis skills
Ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and departments.
Ability to produce documentation using MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Visio)
5 Previous technical writing experience on major projects
1 years Basis2 system and training experience
1 years Water billing process experience
Education
Design and create scripts for databases Design, develop, maintain and enhance Java applications, Test applications Create and maintain documentation Assist with implementation and ITSM incidents.
