About Company

The Area Manager at Fast Fit is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple clubs ensuring they not only meet operational and performance targets but also embody the companys commitment to exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive enthusiastic leader who fosters positive relationships with staff clients and all departments within the organization.

Role Description

  • Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership skills by inspiring and guiding personal trainers and branch managers to excel in their roles.
  • Collaboration: Foster open communication and collaboration with all departments ensuring that the needs of the staff and clients are met effectively.
  • CustomerCentric Mindset: Approach every interaction with a focus on enhancing customer experience leading by example in service excellence.
  • Emotional Intelligence: Show empathy and understanding in all communications maintaining composure in challenging situations and thinking strategically before acting.
  • Performance Focus: Exhibit a resultsdriven mindset continually seeking ways to optimize club performance and team effectiveness.

Schedule and Workdays

  • Work Hours: Area Managers are expected to work 8 hours per day 5 days a week.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to adjust schedules as necessary to cover personal trainers or branch managers particularly during peak times or staff absences.
  • Availability: Be available during holidays to ensure smooth club operations and provide leadership when needed.

Interviews and Team Development

  • Recruitment: Conduct regular interviews (2 to 4 per week) to identify and onboard talented personal trainers who align with Fast Fits values.
  • Continuous Development: Engage in ongoing training and development discussions with the team providing constructive feedback and fostering an environment of growth.

Energy and Enthusiasm

  • Positive Attitude: Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm in daily operations inspiring team members and clients alike.
  • Engagement: Actively participate in teambuilding activities and encourage a collaborative work environment.

  • 2 years experience in management position.
  • 4 years experience in Training and Fitness Industry
  • Fitness Training expertise

  • Certification in Personal Training or related field
  • Previous experience in managing fitness training operations is a plus
