End-to-End Fund Accounting Lead - Pasay

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:
Over 3 years in endtoend fund accounting specifically in private equity.
13 years of supervisory experience including managing KPIs.
Familiarity with Sage Intact and/or Investran.

Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
Experience in a contact center environment (preferred).

Project Management:
Capable of balancing multiple projects with competing priorities.

Flexibility:
Willingness to work night shifts and a hybrid setup (24 times per month) in Pasay City.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Services Offered:
Capital calls and distributions.
Audit and tax support.
Pre/postclose services.
Quarterly and annual financial reporting.
Limited Partner communications.

Client Support Tools:
Realtime Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and portfolio data.
Additional data metrics like TVPI (Total Value to PaidIn) and RVPI (Residual Value to PaidIn).

Team Lead Duties:
Establishing and executing processes and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monitoring and improving service quality to ensure high client satisfaction.
Conducting daily and monthly audits of work processes.
Assisting team members in daily operations and addressing performance variances.
Coaching and training team members to enhance service delivery.
Providing regular reports to clients and assisting in the hiring and training of new staff.
