Position Overview:
We are looking for a Recruiter/Interviewer to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter your primary responsibility will be to conduct interviews in English with candidates and identify their relevance to the open positions. You will be an essential part of the hiring process ensuring we find the best talent that meets our clients needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with candidates in English to assess their qualifications skills and suitability for the roles.
- Prescreen candidates based on predefined criteria
- Collaborate with internal hiring managers and the talent acquisition team to understand job requirements and refine candidate profiles.
- Timely provided the summary and needed information after the interview
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related role.
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with the outsourcing industry.
