Overview
The client is seeking a dedicated OnSite VDI Device/Configuration Support Resource to provide technical support in the BayCare environment. The role involves resolving ServiceNow tickets configuring devices and ensuring the smooth operation of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) across various BayCare locations including BSO BISC and Physician Offices. This is a 6month fulltime onsite position in Clearwater FL requiring immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide onsite support for VDI environments and device configurations within the BayCare network.
- Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets related to VDI and peripheral device issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with VDI systems and associated hardware.
- Ensure effective communication with internal teams to maintain seamless operation of VDI configurations.
- Provide prompt onsite technical support Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Follow BayCares IT protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) technologies.
- Handson experience managing ServiceNow tickets and resolving device configuration issues.
- Ability to work fulltime onsite at the Clearwater location.
- Familiarity with the BayCare network possessing a BayCare NE/BayCare email.
- Must have your own laptop for work purposes.
- Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting healthcare environments ideally within the BayCare system.
- Familiarity with BayCares workflows and technical infrastructure.
