Job Description
We are representing a Real Estate Management Software Product company located at Bangsar South Selangor. This is a full time perm role with the product company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work with internal customers to learn their needs use data and insights to drive decision making develop product vision partner with the software engineering leaders to develop product roadmaps and drive and own product launch.
- Manage own tracking Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) of the customers and continue to iterate on product vision and strategy to ensure the product is delivering excellence and customer satisfaction.
- The role involves collaborating closely across executive stakeholders multiple crossorg leaders as well as software engineering leaders.
- Act as the pin and the owner of the product vision and strategy.
- Drive product requirements definition product planning and product design (including writing PRDs) of new features and enhancements.
- Own all stakeholder management clearly communicate product benefits to the users and internal stakeholders and create feedback loops so that company can iterate effectively.
- Ensure clear plan for feature build and product roadmap stays on track.
- Anticipate identify and mitigate blockers to customer success goals.
- Share actionable insight learnings feedback to drive continuous improvements from different industry.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree AND 8 years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
- 8 years of experience in endtoend product strategy and program management preferably including AIbased products.
- Experience leading product management teams and/or crossorg leadership experience.
