Job Description
Job Title: RN ER
Location: Rosebud SD
Duration: 6 to 12 months
Start Date: Nov 2024
Shift Schedule: 12hour shifts: 7AM 7.30 PM 7PM7.30AM 10AM 10.30PM
Qualification:
Education: A graduate or higherlevel degree bachelors degree associate degree or diploma from accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Experience: Minimum of (2) two years experience in the past 24 months in an Emergency Department
License: Must have active and unrestricted current licensure as a Professional Registered Nurse (RN) in any State District of Columbia the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico or a Territory of the United States
Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS Required NRP TNCC CEN Preferred
Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS Required NRP TNCC CEN Preferred
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage nursing care for admitted patients utilizing the nursing process and prioritizing patient needs.
- Operate and manage various therapeutic devices and medical equipment including respiratory and ECG machines.
- Respond to lifethreatening emergencies initiating resuscitation and emergency procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team in the Emergency Department to provide agespecific care from neonates to geriatrics for patients ranging from noncritical to critical conditions.
- Deliver nursing care in a safe and compliant manner.
