Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building.
- Customer Engagement: Establish and maintain longterm trusting relationships with prospects to understand their needs and qualify leads effectively.
- Goal Achievement: Work towards personal and team sales targets demonstrating a strong achievementoriented mindset.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to enhance sales efforts.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel fluency in German and B2 proficiency in English.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
- Solid background in B2B sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good computer skills including proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Motivated selfstarter with a passion for sales and customer service.
- Previous experience in sales preferably in a B2B environment.
