Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support in German and English through phone email and chat for inquiries related to our products and services.
  • Address and resolve customer issues such as troubleshooting account management and general inquiries ensuring high satisfaction.
  • Assist customers in product navigation and handle requests such as order changes cancellations refunds and other concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide feedback on common customer issues to help improve service quality and processes.
  • Maintain a customerfocused approach by delivering timely and accurate responses to all queries.

Requirements:

  • Native German speaker with English proficiency (B2/C1).
  • Must be currently living in Madrid and able to work onsite for the first 6 weeks.
  • Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently after the initial onsite training period and provide support remotely.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
