Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone email and chat in Dutch ensuring all communications are clear friendly and professional.
- Assist customers with productrelated questions order processing returns and general inquiries about our beauty offerings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently aiming for firstcontact resolution whenever possible.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions feedback and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction and address common concerns.
- Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide insightful support to customers.
- Engage in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of our product lineup.
Requirements:
- Native Dutch speaker with excellent communication skills.
- B2 level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field ideally within the beauty sector.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
- A passion for beauty products and a genuine desire to assist customers.
