This position provides the successful candidate with the opportunity to join our new SolarEdge Manufacturing Team and have the opportunity to build together this new operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct and implement ongoing reliability lab testing and failure analysis as well as related reports and analysis at our manufacturing location in Seminole FL.
• Prepare products for analysis and testing.
• Improve and implement procedures of new test methods.
• Manage priorities and meet deadlines for performing FA laboratory tests and documenting them.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working as a FA and/or Reliability Technician in failure analysis and reliability laboratories.
• Proven experience in all areas of failure analysis group testing and certification activities.
• Knowledge of environmental testing standards.
• Familiar with Manufacturing processes technologies and testing methods for PCBA and TLA.
• Selfmotivated and task oriented for Quality improvement of the manufacturers.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with a variety of interfaces in the company.
• Train and work with CM engineers and technicians.

Preferred:

• Additional education or certification in Electronics Engineering
• Quality Certification
