Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to German or Frenchspeaking customers via phone email and chat
- Assist customers with productrelated questions service inquiries and account issues
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain customer records
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of company products services and procedures
- Deliver customer service in line with the companys standards and policies
Requirements:
- Native speaker of German or French (required)
- Good level of English (written and spoken) for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to work in a teamoriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexibility to work shifts and meet customer needs
