Location: Athens Greece (Onsite or Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
• Resolve customer inquiries offer solutions and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Assist with product information orders and general servicerelated questions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Strong problemsolving abilities and customerfocused mindset.
• Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work either onsite in Athens or remotely from within Greece.
