Position: DutchSpeaking Customer Service Agent
Location: Athens Greece (Onsite or Remote)
Type: Fulltime
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutchspeaking clients via phone email and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries offer solutions and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Assist with product information orders and general servicerelated questions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Dutch (written and spoken).
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and customerfocused mindset.
- Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work either onsite in Athens or remotely from within Greece.
