Job Title: Account Manager (Native German Speaker)
Location: Bucharest (Hybrid)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 AM 06:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong positive relationships with Germanspeaking clients.
- Act as the primary contact for client queries resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and products.
- Regularly monitor and report on account performance to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to drive both client satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Prepare and present reports proposals and reviews to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements that align with both client and company goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to offer strategic insights to clients.
Requirements:
- Nativelevel fluency in German (both written and spoken).
- Strong command of English.
- Proven experience in account management client services or sales roles.
- Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with CRM systems and account management tools is a plus.
- A selfstarter with a clientfocused mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
