Job Summary
The Associate Operations Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery and installation processes. This position requires a detailoriented individual with strong analytical skills who can identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. The analyst will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) analyzing data and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to ensure the highest standards in delivery and installation operations.

Proficiency in data analysis tools as Excel. (SQL and Power BI will be an added advantage)

Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering Operations Management Business Administration or a related field
