SOS International LLC (SOSi) is looking for a Site Manager to oversee labor forces and resource utilization to meet the overall operations requirements of the Life Support Services (LSS) Contract to include logistics management.
Essential Job Duties- Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
- Comply with all Environmental & Safety and Quality Assurance requirements and goals. Provide information and materials to these divisions as necessary to ensure adequate and legal documentation.
- Provide daily oversight and supervision of site services to include but not limited to: IT; satellite and cable television; custodial services; pest control; landscaping/grounds keeping; building maintenance; water and sewer systems; plumbing; electrical and mechanical systems; fuel systems; recreational facilities and pool maintenance; and residential operations to include housing and housekeeping.
- Responsible for daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports including employee performance reviews and any other first line supervisor administrative duties as required.
- Schedule personnel including sifts and rotations to maintain acceptable levels of service at all times including support of shortnotice projects.
- Assign tasks and establish and enforce standards of conduct and performance in the work environment.
- Inspect an audit inprocess and completed work to ensure work meets SOW and quality standards.
- Plan organize prioritize and perform multiple tasks under austere conditions to perform job functions in an orderly manner.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements- Active in Scope Secret clearance.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or related field.
- Experience in life support services and/or logistics management with a minimum of 10 years at operations management.
- 5 years of experience providing such services to large facilities or operations greater than $10 Million in annual operations.
- Experience particularly in the range of $100 Million or more is highly desirable
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing teams and projects to successful outcomes.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative work environment is essential.
The desired experience is as follows:
- Experience in the hospitality industry.
- Experience managing programs with food services support.
- Experience managing programs with lodging services support.
- Experience in Department of State programs.
- Experience in Afghanistan.
Preferred Qualifications- PMP or equivalent certification.
Work Environment- Living and working conditions at the assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.
- Long hours exposure to weather and hazardous conditions.
- Personnel should be aware of moving on short notice and under adverse conditions.
