You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an experienced and detailoriented IT Support Analyst to provide technical support and troubleshooting services to our internal teams and clients. The ideal candidate will have strong problemsolving skills excellent communication abilities and the capacity to work independently and as part of a team. This role involves managing and resolving technical issues configuring systems and ensuring IT processes are efficient and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first and secondlevel technical support to endusers via phone email and remote access.
Diagnose and resolve hardware software and network issues in a timely manner.
Install configure and maintain computer systems software and peripherals.
Manage user accounts permissions and passwords in Active Directory and other systems.
Ensure all IT support requests are logged tracked and resolved in the help desk system.
Provide guidance and training to users on software applications tools and best practices.
Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and system upgrades.
Perform regular system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure the security of systems and data adhering to company policies and procedures.
Assist with IT projects and provide technical support during rollouts.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT Support Analyst or in a similar technical support role.
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS Microsoft Office Suite and remote desktop applications.
Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP) VPNs and troubleshooting network issues.
Familiarity with Active Directory Microsoft 365 and IT help desk software.
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
