Job Title: German Business Developer
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the German market and develop strategies to engage them
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to foster longterm partnerships
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Conduct market research to spot trends and insights for business development
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to execute strategies effectively
- Provide regular reports on sales progress performance and forecasts to management
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet sales goals
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency
- Proven experience in business development sales or a related role (minimum 12 years)
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with excellent problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
