Job Description
Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Program Manager
Location: Atlanta Metropolitan Area Dunwoody GA (Hybrid)
Job Type: Contract (612 months)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Program Manager to support a greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The role involves leading task forces and providing critical issue resolution during the project. This hybrid position requires 3 days per week onsite in Dunwoody GA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead rapid response teams to resolve critical SAP S/4HANA issues during and postgolive
- Organize and manage crossfunctional task forces to address system challenges
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for system failures
- Identify risks and mitigate issues before they impact operations
- Communicate issue status and resolutions to senior leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:
- 15 years in SAP project management with 5 years in SAP S/4HANA implementations
- Expertise in SAP S/4HANA architecture and troubleshooting
- Proven experience leading task forces in highpressure environments
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with SAP Activate Methodology
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP S/4HANA certification
- Experience with thirdparty integrations (e.g. SuccessFactors Oracle EPM Coupa)
- Handson experience with SAP Basis and Private Cloud environments
