JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform including handson configuration process consulting and implementation of various modules like ITSM HR Service Delivery ITOM and more. You will be responsible for gathering requirements designing solutions and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
- Design and configure ServiceNow workflows forms scripts business rules and other functionalities to optimize platform performance.
- Lead workshops to gather analyze and document business processes and functional requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for ServiceNow solutions across various modules (e.g. ITSM HRSD CSM ITOM etc.).
- Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices and ensure alignment with industry standards.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the functional integrity of the solution during development and deployment.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including requirements design specifications and training materials.
- Facilitate testing user acceptance and training sessions for end users.
- Stay updated on new ServiceNow features and functionalities and recommend process improvements.
- Assist with postimplementation support and platform enhancements.
Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- 3 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a functional consultant or similar role.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules like ITSM HRSD ITOM CSM etc.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering workshops and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ability to create detailed documentation including requirements user guides and training materials.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on delivering highquality solutions.
- ServiceNow certification (CSA CIS in a specific module) is preferred.
