Job Description
Work Location: ONSITE Atlanta GA
Duration: 2.5 months
Role: IAM Engineer with SSO IGA PAM
Deliverables:
- IGA Assessment Report
- SSOMFA Assessment Report
- PAM Assessment Report
- Presentation of the Report with stakeholders
- There are 3 phases in this project with the following work breakdown
- Phase 1 Ideate
- Gather the following details to understand current state
- Architecture Physical and logical architecturedesigns across environments
- Integrations Source and target systems other integrations connector details
- Processes User Onboarding JoinerMoverLeaver RequestApproval workflows Provisioning Reporting and Audits AuthNAuthZ Journeys MFA 3rd party access Privilege admins lifecycle
- Review end to end process or business function specific process and develop taxonomy
- Identify process areas with high security risks
- Phase 2 Identify Value
- Understand key elements of the current IAM solutions implementation
- Review clarify any identify potential gaps in IAM implementation documentation
- Key workprocesses indicating which ones wed like to transform via existing IAM Solution
- Critical customizations especially ones that will not work in the transformedrationalized solution
- Present industry bestinclass solutions for key design elements and work processes would like to transform via the transformed IAM solution implementation
- Benefits analysis what can gain from IAM solution rationalizationtransformationreplacement
- Describing current and potential future state
- Value for Business Alignment Time to Market User experience Security Compliance Zero Trust enablement Availability
- Phase 3 Initiate Design
- Recommend on roadmap prioritization example
- Quick wins
- Medium scale vs large scale changes
- Target use cases enhancements and integration touchpoints
- Recommend on best practices and Industry controls
- Recommend on IAM solution features aligned with business needs
- Project plan creation for Implementation scopeWBS approach phases highlevel scheduleM
