Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management store management or a related field.
- Monitoring monthly stock levels participation in GRN knowledge of stock transfers stock verification and final report preparation.
- Familiarity with handling a computerized inventory control with an ERP system.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to work extended late hours as and when needed.
- Effective time management skills.
- The ability to handle three languages is an added advantage.
- Should be located around Colombo.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor monthly stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Participate in the Goods Receipt Note (GRN) process and maintain proper documentation.
- Oversee stock transfers and conduct regular stock verification.
- Prepare final inventory reports and assist in inventory audits.
- Utilize computerized inventory control systems preferably with ERP software.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail while managing multiple tasks under pressure.
- Be willing to work extended hours as required to meet operational needs.
