    We offer proposals for talent and IT solutions to businesses. We work on matching our 2000 engineers and focus on understanding talentrelated challenges faced by companies especially major ones (both domestic and overseas) and provide strategies and proposals to address these challenges.

    • New business development and existing client management.
    • Negotiations for increasing contract values.
    • Consultative sales and proposal presentations.
    • Coordinating activities with various departments.
    • Tailoring customer strategies.
    • Monitoring marketing and customer budgets.

Minimum Requirements

    • Those with experience in sales of personnel dispatch services.
    • Individuals with sales experience with System Integration and Engineering Resourcing (SIer) companies.
    • Those with experience in IT sales.
    • Individuals with a background in coaching or mentoring team members or subordinates (regardless of the number of years).
    • Those with experience in public speaking in front of large audiences.
