Junior Education Program Manager

Your responsibilities

Were looking for a creative and organized Junior Education Program Manager (F/M/D) to join our innovative and diverse team. In this role you will have the chance to support the team in the development implementation and evaluation of our educational programs from video tutorials to engage with the academic community.

In this role you will have the opportunity to support the team in the development implementation and evaluation of our educational programs from creating video tutorials to engaging activities with the academic community.
The ideal candidate requires to have a strategic mindset with a passion for education and STEM.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and implement an education program for our electronics design platform
• Create engaging learning materials including: Video tutorials Quizzes Task sheets Certificates etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing and success teams to organize the creation of content
• Build relationships with universities professors and students in the electronics engineering field with the aim to support the platforms growth
• Engage with the academic community to promote the platform and gather feedback

Your profile

• Background in education or electronics engineering (or similar field)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams
• Interest in building connections within the academic and electronics engineering communities
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g. video editing software quizmaking tools)
• Project management skills (ability to coordinate with marketing success teams and external partners)
• Familiarity with online learning platforms (e.g. Udemy Coursera or similar)
