Tasks
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of financial transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes by preparing invoices processing payments and managing vendor communications.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax documents and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
