Roles and responsibilities
We are seeking a talented and experiencedMedia Buyerto join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and a proven track record of successful media buying campaigns. This role will involve planning, executing, and optimizing media buying strategies to achieve our marketing objectives.
- Conducting market research and analyzing demographics, media usage, psychographic, and buying patterns to define the target audience and campaign requirements.
- Developing advertising strategies and campaigns with marketing teams to most effectively reach the desired audience.
- Sourcing and presenting audience data and advertising proposals to clients for feedback.
- Proofreading advertising material before launching campaigns.
- Coordinating and overseeing the development and launch of campaigns.
- Negotiating with advertising sales agents to ensure the most cost-effective deal structures.
- Managing budgets and monitoring campaigns costs and ROI metrics.
- Tracking and presenting campaign data such as views, click-throughs rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
- Building and maintaining a network of advertising agents and broadcasting networks.
- Monitoring audience and media trends, practices, and new technologies.
- Researching and evaluating market data.
- Overseeing campaign budgets and negotiating costs for features such as advertising room and social media campaigns.
- Supervising the implementation of media campaigns.
- Identifying target audiences and analyzing their behavior, characteristics, and routines.
- Choosing the best media outlet combination for different campaigns.
- Preparing and presenting campaign proposals to clients.
- Monitoring media trends of all channels, including magazines, blogs, and television.
- Assessing the success of media advertising plans and campaigns.
- Proofreading all advertisements and marketing campaigns before release.
Desired candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven 3 years experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook
Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Proficiency in using media buying tools and analytics software.
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimize campaigns.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in English is a must

- Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a media buyer or similar.
- Good understanding of media analytics tools such as Videoma, Cision, Nielsen, and Google Analytics.
- Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, Google Suite, and Facebook Business Manager.
- Experience in a variety of advertising mediums including print, radio, television, film, and social media.
- Excellent financial skills and the ability to manage large budgets.
