Job Description
Are you a tech savvy individual comfortable using new gear & apps Do you feel comfortable learning new tech and instructing/guiding others in their usage If so and youre ready to get started ASAP please review these high level qualifications.
*Note that bilingual German/English fluency is a requirement for this role. Also this is a 5 days per week role at the office below.
Role:
- Technical Moderator for Participant Testing
- Type: Freelance contract
- Location: ObentrautstraeBerlin Germany
- Start date: November 4 2024
- Duration: Through January 31 2025; potential extension
- Capacity: Up to 8 hours daily Monday to Friday
- Language: Bilingual German/English
- Pay: $24 USD per hour
Tasks
- Perform Moderator 1 2 activities as required;
- Perform data dumps;
- Set up testing and moderator rooms with required equipment;
- Manage the device bank and regularly takes inventory of Applause and client property;
- Update software/firmware when applicable and tests new builds;
- Manage the key log;
- Ensure devices are cleaned; and
- Related project activities.
Requirements
- Prior IT/HelpDesk experience
- Software QA experience
- Linux/ADB CLI experience
- Strong communications skills
- Customer service experience IT/hardware/wearables a plus!
- Can follow detailed technical documentation & instructions
- Problem solving capabilities
- Be a quick learner
- Must be dependable!
